It was Monday!

Had a few acres to bale Monday. But had 2 wagons still loaded from Sunday. Weather here near Minneapolis was 98 with heat index over hundred. Got first wagon empty, taking a few short breaks. Watered up with a 20 minute break. Got second wagon 2/3 unloaded, took miss-step off the edge and banged the shin on the way to the ground. Puffed up nasty but didn't quite break the skin. Was pretty sore getting the last 30 bales off. Iced it for half hour, ate quick dinner and got ready to bale. Put 93 on first wagon and 34 on second wagon when the baler flywheel decided to fall off. Son helped me get the flywheel into the pickup...just barely. Wouldn't you know the loader tractor was down waiting on a NLS part from a salvage yard. It was definitely a Monday!

My son has some days like that.
It is never one thing that breaks down.
It is always 2 or 3 in a days time.
That is farming though.
