Trying to post pictures

No go how do I trim photos to less than 300k have apple I phone if that makes any difference

I don't have an Iphone, but on my Android you can change the settings in the camera to reduce the size of the picture before you take it.
 
On our computer I can right click on the photo and it will give several options to "open with..." I click "Paint". Then it gives the option to re-size it up or down by whatever percent I want.
 
You would need some sort of photo editing app on your phone. Your phone probably already has something, just need to find it. Resize them to about 50% of original size and that is usually enough to let them upload.
 
I can post pics about any where in the world except this site. It will say pics have to be jlg and that ARE jlg, or whatever.
