U.S. Supreme Court will soon decide whether to hear Bayer's
weedkiller case.

Their decision will be long reaching for everyone.

Experts all over the world, for decades, have determined the same thing. Its just another money grab, taking advantage of the publics ignorance.
 
What I know of this case was presented by a non-attorney spokes person on TV saying if I used Roundup, I may be entitled to compensation. Common sense will dictate that if Roundup is as bad as the California court says it is, every farmer would have cancer. Further, I know a transport driver that has been hauling Roundup exclusively for years. That is all he hauls. He is in his 60s now with no sign of cancer. Most everyone on this site has used Roundup. Some buy it by the gallon, some buy it by the transport. IMHO, emotion rather than science was the deciding factor in the California case.
 
Some people get different fatal diseases. It is just a fact of life. My brother used a lot of round up. He died from something else. I got prostate cancer was it from agent orange, or just old age.? My Dad had prostate cancer he wasn't near agent orange. Round up may have caused problems with some people. Who knows for sure? Stan
 
That will be a hard sell. To anyone that suffers from Agent Orange. Such as myself and anyone else. I am learning to walk again because of it.
 
Ten minutes of google search and reading, shows Agent Orange is not Roundup.. both kill plant life. but contain different chemicals. Roundup targets an emzyme in plants that humans don't even have. ?
 
I'm sure you might be correct on that CK ..... BUT just because we lack and enzyme that plants have doesn't mean that Roundup can't be harmful to us.
 
Dear ol' dad ------ off someone and wound up going to 'Nam at 44 years of age. he was in supply and military intelligence being what it was and still is, his job was to inspect the 55 gallon drums of Agent Orange before it got diluted and sprayed on everyone else.
Yep. Undo the barrel lid lock, remove lid and look at it. Reassemble and move to the next one. The Dr said he had every form of cancer known to man shortly before he moved to heaven.
Now come to find out, my stint in the Army exposed me to PFAS and Trichlorethane 1.1.1.
I had my cancer surgery 4 years ago.
Now waiting for the VA to agree to the responsibility. And still waiting. . .
 
Tell us how you got agent orange exposer miles off the coast while serving on a carrier please...
 
Our planes would sometimes. Come back smelling funny. And our shop was in hanger three. Where they parked what they called trash planes. Our vent fans pulled it in. Of the ten that went over. I and maybe one other are the only ones left. I made several trips to Danang on my way to Subic Bay. And back cat shots are fun.

So please tell me why I have been in the hospital so many times. An the doc says to stop spraying. Without the proper gear own. I don't spray and I have no crops. What am I dying from.
