Made this box for when we raced rc cars.
All recycled parts including the box.
Variable voltage motor tester, battery charger, rc battery power supply with a switchable booster circuit for low incoming ac voltage, 15 volts 3.5 amps automotive battery charger, .2ohms power resistor bank, used to discharge nicad
batteries after the race.

That's all I recall now,. A computer ps fan keeps things cool,

Guido.

Bob Harvey,

Funny you said that. I was called that by my students. My reply was: NO, MacGyver was by best student!

Guido.

Dennis Minn,

Some components were not scratch built just adapted it. But the rest just a bunch of pieces parts I have gathered through the years. I would have to look and see to list the rest of the things a put in the box,

Guido.

Guido what scale and kind of cars do you race. I have not raced for twenty years, but before that I raced hard. Mainly 1/10 scale direct drive pan cars on carpet in the winter and a high bank concrete oval in the summer.

Mark-MI

1/10 scale cars and truck. Truck strictly dirt, 1/10 scale stock concrete oval pan cars, and dirt all two wheel drive. Been many years since we raced 1991. Last time was in Dallas for the nationals off road.

We played with the big boys of the time. We had one sponsor for batteries,

Guido.
