Help identify plant.

Posted this down below but nobody seems to know what kind of flower this is so I thought Id post it up here where theres more traffic. This thing just volunteered last year. Flowers dont seem to open anymore than they are now. We cant figure out what it is. Any thoughts?

Cynoglossum officinale (houndstongue, houndstooth, dog's tongue, gypsy flower.
Looks like hybrid of this variety.

Hounds Tongue is correct. If you let it go to seed it will make very sticky, velcro like seeds that get into animal's hair and people's clothing. In Washington it's classified as an invasive noxious weed which should be eliminated. It's a semi annual so if you enjoy the flowers and destroy the seeds before they mature it shouldn't come back.
