I can't see it that well, you should have stepped thru the trees and got a better picture. Looks like a spray boom on the back, so I'll guess some type of large self propelled sprayer.

That sprayer has been in production for a few years. Its either a R4060 or 616R. The black tank on top of the main tank is the rinse tank.
