Mt Pleasant IA swap meet

Anyone go the the swap meet at the threshers show grounds in Mt. Pleasant Iowa? How big is it? Now that the crops are in looking for something fun not to far from home. I have been to the summer show but never the swap meet. Could maybe go if I get the chopper and wagons ready to do hay next week first. Tom

kinda' wondering if it's worth the trip, be a little over 200 miles from me. Didn't go to Le Seuer, had a big project that I wasn't sure how it was going to go, got it done way quicker than I thought. Maybe I'll head to MP on Friday.

I'll be there. Only 15 minutes from the grounds. It's pretty good sized, but with $4 gas, I'm not sure I'd drive 200 miles for it. Little bit of everything at it. I'd say with my kids it'll take me 2-3 hours to see all I want to see. There is also a gun show on the grounds as well. That has an admission charge, but they have 2 buildings worth of vendors, so it's not a bad deal.

Thanks for the info, probably skip it
we've been sitting still the last 3 days
from the rain and mud.Tomorrow and
Saturday look like days to get caught up
on some small projects.
