Perkins diesel leak

Crap. Got on my '74 MF today and fuel is dripping from two places on the pump and also out of the screw on filter. Never leaked before. Is there a pressure relief valve that could be stuck?

I did find a ball valve on top of the fuel filter housing, with a line going back to the tank I think, and it was stuck. I got it freed up and it's no longer leaking at the filter but the pump is still leaking from what looks like two places, the little tow bolt cover on the side and from the injector tube fittings.
