Valve stem leak detector

Just add water and look for bubbles.

Old valve stem was crusty looking.
Hope this solves my problem. I can't remove the rim. Its rusted to the

Shaft.

Most guys just spit on their finger and rub it on the end of the valve stem!

I'll bet that you replaced what we call the core.

I've often found a new core is all it takes. I usually put a dab of anti-seize on them on loaded tires.

They make stainless steel cores and core housings for tires with fluid in them. You should be able to Get them at NAPA or American Auto Parts.
