Hydraulic Oils query

Howdy Guys.
First post. Have a Fordson Power Major 4 cyl diesel.
In process of changing hydraulic fluids in rear case, have found the large hole at rear below seat.
Can anyone enlighten me on how many litres of oil disappear into that hole.

I would start with 10 gallons. Us. One
place said 10.8 gallons. Surely it has a
dip stick.

Dipstick is at the front near the gearstick. Oil level for the gear box is cast into the filler where the clutch pivots. Oil is 30W or tractor oil universal or 80/90W gear oil. Ford changed the specs. in 1959 so take your pick.
