Have you tried contacting Toyota Material Handling?
NO HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO COME UP WITH THAT SPECIFIC PART

I take it that means you have not tried contacting them. The Toyota Material Handling USA website has a dealer finder. Use it to find the dealer near you. Get a phone number for the dealer and pick your phone up and call them. Have the serial number in hand when you call. Sometimes just looking on the web for a part doesn't cut it.

And please loose the all caps.

What is wrong with the old switch? If you can figure out what function is on each terminal, you should be able to find a switch (universal or from other equipment) that could work. You might have to remove a molded connector block that plugs to your current switch and put terminals on the ends of the wires to connect to a different switch. If there is a Toyota forklift dear near you, take the switch in hand and see if the dealer will check to see if a forklift one matches it.

The key switch is probably not unique to the skidsteer. Toyota makes all kinds of industrial equipment, including forklifts.

Pull the key switch out so you can get a look at it.

Search "key switch for toyota forklift" on google. Lots of results. Most of them have a 4-terminal configuration like this:
