1085 Massey Ferguson pto stoped

I have a 1085 Massey Ferguson the pto just stoped working ,no hydraulics tractor drives fine ?

The outer transmission input shaft splines into the back of the clutch cover and drives the PTO and hydraulic pumps. Very likely that the splines have given out.

would there be any thing in the transmission that would have come loose it did not make any noise at all was standing there when it stoped

If you lost PTO and hydraulics, then what Bob N.Y. said is most likely what is wrong. It's just a guess for sure, but it's the best guess.

The only way you're going to know for sure is to pull it apart and look.

Does the tractor have the twelve speed Multi Power transmission, and does it work? If the MP high range DOES NOT work then there's a good chance the PTO input splines are
stripped in the flywheel pressure plate cover. When that happens ALL the pto and hydraulics will cease working.
