Foam blocks

Where might I find polyethylene or polypropylene small blocks for sale? I need 2 blocks about 2x24 I want to use them to fill in the bottom of a handheld radio harness. The new radio is small and slips down.

The foam I am asking about is the stuff that is a little rubbery, a little bit like a wetsuit not the usual foam that is more sponge like.

At my old job we got the white closed cell foam in sheets called Ethafoam. Could that be what you're seeking?

Check at your local cabinet shop that does commercial laminate work. The laminate rolls come in cardboard boxes with a 1/2 inch by about 14 square of the foam you are looking for as padding on each end of the roll. If you were close, I'd send you a couple of sheets. I laminate them together with contact cement to get more thickness. steve

Yoga mat. Find them at salvation army stores cheap. Only about a half inch thick, but are about 2 x 7 ft.

Craft store. Joann Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, that kind of place.

Then once you've stopped choking after seeing the price, pick up a set of cheap foam floor mats from Harbor Freight, cut and stack as needed to make the "block" you're looking for.
