I bought a 4 row International planter a coupler years ago and someone told me what model it is but I can't remember what it is. It has a 4 at the end of the model but the rest is goner. m It has fiberglass fertilizer hoppers and round galvanized seed hoppers. The fertilizer units are rusted pretty much up so I THINK I'll sell the seed hoppers and anything else if anybody wants them.

I have the two row version of it, a 250 with mechanical lift. The lift on mine is bad and a previous owner put a hydraulic cylinder on it. I would like to put it back to mechanical lift if you have that part available. Thanks.

I believe most of it is there. This one also has a hydraulic cylinder. Email me a pic of what you need and
if it's there I won't break you up on what you need. The fertilizer units are about gone on it but the rest
including the seed tubes are still good. I;m gonna part it out what I can Keith 7409922128

Thanks for the reply Keith. The only thing mine needs is the lift. As far as I know this planter has always been shedded and probably has never been rained on. I bought it from the original owner's nephews after he passed probably 20 yrs ago. should have also bought the Super H that pulled it but didn't.

Keith,
You can't seem to find a post you made a couple years ago and I can't find a tool I had a couple of minutes ago..
Consider yourself lucky. You are in better shape than I am. lol

49 and 450 just very slightly different and that planter woth the clutch lift is a very desired planter by the Amish in my area Ohio-Indiana area and a good planter without fertiliver will bring over $500, to valuble to part out and junl. It is the only 4 row built that had a clutch lift and could be set on 30 rows that they are now using. Too bad you are clear across the state of Ohio. My old truck would not make it that far. Just a half dozen years ago a dealer if had a top condition with fert would be asking over a thousand dollars for one.
