That picture is a prime example of why a owners manual for a car says not to drink battery fluid.

Our court system is so screwed up that is just a law suit against the manufacturer looking for a place to happen.

I have never seen one with a big enough hole in the tubing to bolt a ball on. Therefore someone modified it, so the manufacturer isn't responsible!

It does not appear to be used much judging by the rusty ball. And it sticks straight out and isnt bent down. Could this be the work of someone with a bad attitude who gets joy out of creating dented bleeding shin bones?
