Seems like I am always resealing one cylinder or the other on
this thing . The oem seals are a lot better I do know that

That would seem to imply you have tried aftermarket seals? What have you tried?

Baum Hydraulics in Omaha (and I suppose most any other supplier) has TOUGH seals for hard use/rough bores, and I have used them several times with success (in other applications).

I wonder if they would have any better seals for your loader, they have many kits made up and cataloged by application and can match up 'most any cylinder seal you may have.
 
The seals are not near as good as the agco ones they agco
the cups a lot deeper and thicker material . Just the same I
got them from Baum this time anyway Because I modified the
gland so it will take two of the single lip seals instead of just
one and I can order the seals separately on Baum Hydraulics
Im not sure if you can at Agco and Im sure theres nobody
smart enough there to figure it out any way The last time I
called there for parts I might as well been talking to A post
Except for post I had more brains
 
The factory only has one single lip seal to keep any oil that might get by the cups on the piston . I modified the spacer so the gland sill accept two of the single lip spacers sure helps keep oil in the cylinder barrel and off the ground .

How did you know I was rebuilding a cylinder too?
Waiting on my hydraulic shop to get a U seal.
I never thunk where my hydraulic shop gets their parts and where does John Deere get their parts.
 
I like the Baum site I just type my farmhand part number is which is 1r 3050 it comes up and it also lists all the components in the kit so I can add extra u seals to my order and then complete the order
