Need help identifying a rim in order to get a spare

Back in the 1980's I built a 16 foot utility trailer. I bought an axle then went to a salvage yard and bought four rims. I would like to carry a spare on the trailer. The center hole of the rim is 4 1/8 inches and center of bolt to center of the next bolt is 3 1/4 inches. The center hole is larger than a typical rim. If I remember right the rims might possibly be from an IH Scout or Travelall? Maybe some kind of Jeep? I really don't remember. I have attached a photo of the center hole and lug nut holes. I think some Ford rims might work but I haven't found one with a large enough center hole. I have taken a cutting torch and enlarged a rim so it would work once, but I think that probably weakens the rim. Thanks for your help.

Looks like 5 on 5 3/4 which is what old Jeep and some ag applications used. Is it 15 or 16 tire size? Measured across holes different than how it is now.

Is it a homemade trailer with an axle made up? I do not know of any factory trailer hub that takes a wheel with that size center hole. It does look like a Jeep hole pattern to me

Very well could be a standard 5 hole farm implement rim. The center hole on an implement rim is slightly larger than the old Ford 1/2 ton rim but the bolt pattern is the same.

Get a set of these wheel rim bolt pattern disks. This whole set costs $14. That way you can tell exactly what rim pattern you need.

Instead of measuring from hole to hole around the pattern measure across the hub hole for the correct bolt pattern. Look at Heywheel they may have what you are looking for or make it for you. At least they can get you the center to weld in to a rim for a spare.

(quoted from post at 05:03:44 03/11/22) Jeep rims would bolt on the old 1/2 ton Fords

3-1/4" dimension bolt to bolt equates to 5 on 5 .5" bolt circle.
Jeep CJ's, Willys Jeeps, Jeep pickups with five lugs are all 5 on 5.5 bolt circle. They will have 4-1/4" center hole.

All 5.5 bc Ford rims have a smaller center bore and will not bolt onto Jeeps because of that.

There's barely any meat between the lug holes and the center hole on my implement rims. How can they get 4-1/4" without being right on the edge of the lug holes?

I believe I have the same axles on my home built trailer. As already mentioned, the keep cj wheels will fit as well as the geo metro and Suzuki samurai wheels. They are a 5 x 5.5 bolt circle with a 108 mm center hole bore.
