Picked up the phone and saw my Doc when I wanted to.
Never have a problem getting an appt.

I can relate to that. Not just in the medical field either. We bought a new Ford Explorer and the dealer said we had to give the new car a name for the warranty.

Had a different experience last week. I went up to clinic to discuss a new happening with the wife's condition. Nurse says, bring her on up. I go home, tell wife we are going to use the handicap caravan for the first time to take you to the Dr.

Before I could finish telling her, phone rings and nurse says Dr. will stop by the house. Well, now, no Dr. has been to our house since about 1964. He came right over, brought along a young guy who is in med school and took care of the problem.

He lives only two blocks away and I think he was going on his lunch break but he is a really great guy. Have lot of faith in him.

But, if you call the clinic, they will usually try to book you an appointment for a week or two down the road. I like a face to face with his nurse to explain a situation.
