Oldest son got started cutting up land where he wants to have his corn this year. Snapped a few pictures in daylight after getting him moved.

I don't know why some of the pictures posted twice, but anyways, it's always enjoyable to see him working.

Never seen a single wheel 300 before. Thanks for posting.
 
Looks like he is doing a good job!! What are the brackets on the front of the tractor for???
 
They are poor man's weights. Lol. We used this tractor to pull a IH 2 row stalk chopper to chop up tobacco stalks. It doesn't have any kind of transport lift or wheels to it, so I pin the tongue to the drawbar then raise and lower it with a short boom pole with a chain on the 3pt hitch. Gets kinda light on the front with it bare.
 
Great to see the older Iron earning its keep. Is he gonna plant some sweet corn or feed corn?
 
This will be feed corn if we all can find enough fertlizer to lay it by with. That has quickly become a major issue....
