I use to pull an 8 foot double action John Deere disc with my John Deere buck did way more damage to it riding in the hills than I ever did discing
 
I pulled a drag behind my ATV preparing a food plot. It got hot enough to distort the plastic shroud above the muffler.

We see a lot of the guys with bait piles, whoops!, I mean "food plots" trying that up here. Then you see them trailering their busted ATV to the repair shop!
 
It could only go a few inches deep . That machine with me on it weighed 1200 pounds across a certified truck scale
 
The helmet should be warmer than a baseball cap, and provide some hearing protection.

Are those things build to stand up to slow speed heavy pulling?
 
That's actually a pretty good job of plowing sod with no coulter. Wouldn't pass muster in Ireland or the UK but over here? What the heck. Disc it real quick and maybe no one will notice.
