Got the tractor started and it idles good but when you give it gas it runs too fast looked at the governor don't see anything wrong put back together and started still same thing. Does anyone have any help

You probably need to adjust the governor rod. Length is critical. You need a manual.

I had similar problems with a late B, the throttle shaft in the carb was dragging in the bushings. Another time, the weights came off inside the governor. Just a couple of things to check.
