the value depends on who finds use in it.
Woods no longer sells a belly mower kit as there is no longer a demand for them, in the last twenty years zero turns have taken over the market. the only people that still use them is larger rural homes/farms that are not concerned that a zero turn will reduce the mower time by 2/3rds.
I wouldn't expect one to bring more than 200.00 at auction in Michigan, your location may differ.

My cousin had a A with a belly mower that needed the engine freshened that he gave me. nice straight tractor with very good tires , tractor and mower always under cover.
he couldn't get any one to buy the tractor and mower for 300.00 .

For an online only auction, that auction company makes no effort to sell the stuff.
One sentence descriptions like "Ford tractor" and nothing more.I
It looks like a universal woods bracket. I have a 72 one on a farmall SC, the tube bolts up under the rear axle and be slide side to side to clear tires. It would have a large center pto pulley that would ride the center of the rear brackets. will also fit
Farmall H or M. I don't see the pulley in your pictures.
