Thanks everyone for your replies & suggestions. It is obvious that a 8 inch belt won't work. Fortunately a YT member Texted me and let me know that he has been to our show and seen me making shingles and has a 6 inch belt that will be driving my mill this fall. So now I'm looking forward to a road trip to get the belt. Thanks again to everyone. Gerald
