Do you read the Farm Show newspaper? The issue I just got has a Best of separate magazine with it. It features one of the later yellow Cub Cadets with a 7.3 liter Power Stroke diesel engine installed with a Ford C-6 auto transmission. Probably take you and the bride a coupla weeks to whip one of these up! Guy named Jim Rose out of Chardon, Ohio looked like he did a real nice job.

Are you sure it is a Cub Cadet and not a regular Cub. The Cub Cadet is just a riding garden tractor and that engine by itself is bigger than a Cub Cadet. Anf the Cub Cadet was white and yellow from the beginning with a rde vervion the latest ones. My Cub Cadets were a 69 104 with 10 horse Kohler single cylinder and the other was a 71 129 with a 12 horse Kohler single culinder. And either that engine or the tranny you say was installed in a Cub Cadet would weigh more than the complete tractor.

Well, I see I've got to be a little more careful with my wording. It's not a Cadet! It's one of those lowboy International Cubs. I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.
