IH 966 Hydraulic issues

Our 966 lost power steering and brakes while chopping hay with it a few months ago. It had plenty of hydraulic fluid when it stopped working we changed the mcv pump with a brand new one from dealer and it did nothing. We were able to start the tractor and drive it home a couple weeks ago I barely had power steering at first but after a couple minutes I had none. The tractor will still drive fine but no steering or brakes and makes a whining noise in rear end. Does anyone have any idea what our issue might be and what it'll take to fix it?

The PTO drive gear in the pressure plate
is stripped.Time for a clutch job.Common

Hello JT welcome to YT! Just some more info. If your
live drive hub or shaft has stripped up in the clutch as
suggested by Delta your PTO will not turn, the Tell Tale
dash light should stay on and your TA will only drive in
the low side. Here are a couple links to some info on
your problem. They both show possible scenarios of
what has happened.

I'd start with a filter change then if it doesn't pick up prime put some air on the fill hole. Keep a corner of the rag over it when you remove the air or it may become a geyser when the air is removed. If no joy then you need to check for pressure on the remotes or if the PTO works under load like just hooked to something. If no then like Delta said split and clutch time. The spline is shot in pressure plate or the rivets have broke. If that has happened it can be reriveted or bolted with locking nuts.
