We have removed all the bolts we can see as well as both the valves on the front and rear of the rockshaft housing and the top cover, but it will not budge. It seems there is something else holding it, what are we missing?? Help please

Kfowler welcome to YT! I do not know how much mechanic experience you have towards a project like this. I do not want to suggest something and then then you break something. Those gaskets can stick very tight. Can you screw a cover bolt back in near the jack shaft protrusions or bosses? Screw it down but leave it up a 25 cent piece thickness. Then take a bar and pry down on the bolt and pry up the housing. I would use something like a 3 foot long crow bar and see if that will budge it. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks so much it was just the gasket and it finally came free after sitting all night with pressure and applying a little more this morning. Now the next problem is the rockshaft piston is frozen and we are not sure how to free it

It would be nice to know if this was a working tractor prior to the tear down or if it has sat a while. If it has sat it may mean rust could play into the equation. Beyond that I cannot help you with anything specific on the jackshaft cylinder. I would recommend that you post this on the Case topic section on YT, see link. This should get your question in front of more knowledgeable individuals on these Case tractors. https://forums.yesterdaystractors.com/viewforum.php?f=11&sid=8e63afcc0dc29af39559b72e7e114ed5
