Really coming in from left field here, never operated or worked on a NH tractor. So ..A.. do you have an operators manual for it? I would suspect it would tell you what you need to know for this. If you do not go to the attached site and they have one available to download for a T6010 and other models in that range of models. The T6010 shows to have a 4.5L engine as does yours, whether the fuel systems are the same is not in my spectrum of knowledge. At the site you may have to search for ..New Holland 6010.. also the green ..download.. button will get you the PDF. I am not responsible if you click on something else and something unhappy happens to your computer. I think that site is fairly safe unlike some other free manual sites that trick you and then dump crap on your PC. Actually, I am not responsible either way. You are certainly welcome to try to recover the cost of the information I am giving you. Hint..free. Merry Christmas, hope this helps!

According to the manual, push the retaining pin and unhook the pipe from the head of the filter, operate the manual priming lever on the bottom of the pump until fuel comes out of the filter with no air bubbles in it. Fit the pipe back on and put the pin back in, turn the key and start er up. you may have to turn the engine some until you feel resistance to get the manual lever to pump. good luck.
