Nope, nothing holding the front down, one good pothole and it'll flip right over, plenty of repower potential though, I have a Super H in pretty much the same condition.
 
it looks tied down good to me. its around the bell housing frame. no way the front can lift.
 
More than 4 ft from that rear chain, technically it would fail the 4 point test, Most scales here IF they went to the trouble to check would demand two chains on the front. All depends on what kind of day the inspector is having.
 
It's good that way though I would not do it like that. For an old parts machine like that I would just throw one over the frame behind the steering bolster and one through the drawbar and call it good and is legal for old tractors. One chain hooked right will make 2 separate tiedowns and the one in back will also or Just 2 with 2 chains. and screw Barney.
 
its not a parts machine. i have the engine rebuilt at my body shop, new clutch assembly, sheet metal is all done too. will go thru the back half of the tractor this year, i hope.
