How do you think I get my tools clean?
Never had any ammo go off. Now sure
what would happen in the dryer.

Change and a 9v battery can get mighty hot and can give you a nice burn. Ask me how I know.

When I turn in my coin jar at the Credit Union, I would get back a washer or two and a few other miscellaneous items. Maybe even a .22 shell

Left pocket, right pocket. My left has the change, the right one has a tool box, a storage shelf, and the bargain bin from tractor supply compacted in it.

There is heck to pay when a livestock marking stick makes it into the washing machine.

Just looks normal except I keep keys, a small screwdriver and a knife in right side and change ,nuts and washers, an eighth inch drill bit and a small tape measure in the left side and cough drops in the watch pocket.

22 shells used to fit into the holes in the dryer. The lead would get rubbed off and the powder went where ever. Never had one go off, to the best of my knowledge and Mom's not saying. steve

If ammo discharged in the dryer, I imagine the clothes might burn, assuming they had dried enough. As far as the bullet goes, it would not go very far. Without a gun barrel to contain the combustion gases, the pressure disappears approximately instantly after the bullet leaves the cartridge.

No problem with my pockets, nothing in there that hot water will hurt. Wife leaves kleenex in hers, makes my job of folding clothes a mess. Give me a few 1/4-20 bolts anytime.
