got back to it, got the adjustable anchor done and the wedge done and the frame all welded up. try to get it mounted tomorrow and see if it plows.

Looks like its coming together nicely! That reminds me I need to get mine out from under the tarp and see if itll start.
 
I have not seen one for tough knotty wood that will split 3 ft blocks. Don't want to have to cut up in little short pieces if I'm going to have to split it anyway.
 
Assuming its mot an upright splitter, I suggest adding a receiver on the back end so you can either pull a trailer or slide in one of those carry-all racks to hold tools. Wish I had one on my splitter to move wagons around when I used to work up my firewood up on the hill. Nowadays I skid the trees to the back yard and cut and split there, then move the wood into the shed.
