Curious who supplied them. Lely doesnt list anything for
tractors. Forage, tillage, turf, dairy. To tell a family secret,
their grandmother was Dutch.

Lely built tractors in Holland for a few years, the double engined one with hydrostatic drive was built in Texas.

Lely are now into grass machines, Lely Roterra, and robotic milking parlours. They own a number of brands like Toro.

Are you saying that Lely owns Toro? Im not disputing you, but havent heard such, nor can find evidence in my early morning quest. Toro is headquartered in Bloomington Mn and was founded in Minneapolis Mn in 1914 where they built The Bull tractor.

In 1919 they built a fairway mower and for the last century have been a leader in lawn care.

You are usually spot on but Toro is a public traded company in the US, I see no association with Lely. Toro owns several brands like ditch witch, exmark ect .

Yes you are right, Lely own Vemeer and Welger but Lely (Import) have a marketing agreement with Toro here in the UK and Europe to supply Toro equipment.

I mis-read the details, sorry.

Found an article that implies Lely is peddling TYM tractors and the way they tout the situation it could be construed that they have Toro in the fold.
