I have one on an 8N that looks a lot like that. It was made by a company call Scout out of KS. I also have parts of a Sherman backhoe that came off an 8N

unless digging in sand that is not much of a backhoe. get that on a WD9 and you will have results.

Never seen one like this on a 1 row Farmall. I have a Long brand that's on a 3 pt hitch and pretty much the same capacity as this one. I normally run it on a 52 hp tractor and definitely wouldn't want it on anything smaller. Sure beats a shovel and pitchfork tho.
