I was looking at a tractor recently that had 30 rims that were rotted out on both sides. Original rims were clamp on style. Searching the internet I could only find 30' bolt on rims. Will those rims replace the clamp on style? Looks like they should looking at pictures. I didn't go further with the tractor because it also needed a set of tires but would like to know for future adventures.

What was make and model of tractor you were looking at???
Are you referring to outer duals? Clamp ons were common with outer duals, instead of axel mounted second set of wheels.

Are these what your looking for? They are good guys to work with if you are interested. They also ahvce lots of different styles if you need something different.
Hey Wheels

not sure what you mean by bolt on style ? the john deere D , massey 44-6 use the same rims as the w6. the w6 never had bolt on rims. maybe the centre's can be cut out on the bolt on kind if the rim is the same.

I would say that most rims are loop, bolt-on type. The only clamp-ons that I have heard of were duals as red-for-life referenced.

I believe you are looking for double bevel rims. Readily available. Google M E Miller Tire, Wauseon Ohio and you can find an image and specs. Any ag tire dealer can likely source them from Unverferth. A very common style.

I've got a set of 30 inch, 16.9x30 tires and rims off a farmall w6 for sale. Located in Central Minnesota.
