Getting ready to patch a tube. I couldn't find the wheel to rough up the tube for the patch. I will just grab my 4 inch flap wheel. That didn't take long to grind off a big hole. Now I need a tube. I am looking for a 600 x 16 tube. All I am seeing is what is called an Air Lock tube. It shows what looks like the valve stem that you need to glue on. What's that all about? It's been a ling time since I bought a tube. That must be something new. Anyone sell regular tubes on the net? Stan

I have a 600-16 here I just bought. Valve and tube come as one unit. The pics on the net are showing the valve to show the size of the base.

Best thing for buffing a tube is a 2inch scotch brite pad.

I like the Carlisle tubes from summit racing. Good price. Quality is good as well.

I just ordered two of them in Sept on Amazon. I think they were about 22 bucks a piece with free Prime shipping. They were normal tubes. I think TSC has them too for 26 bucks
