MF 3165 wiring diagram

I'm wanting a wiring diagram for a MF industrial 3165 for a neighbour who doesn't have any manuals for that tractor. I've already posted on the MF forum but thought I'd also post here because of the increased traffic here. If anyone has a copy could you please post it here?

I use the online parts guide. Go to https://parts.agcocorp.com/, click on search by parts book, enter 3165. The only selection is utility and turf, so click that. Then the book opens, then the pictorial wiring diagram starts on page 90 with the instrument panel, and so on. You'll have choice of diesel or gas diagrams.

If someone doesn't have one for you I again suggest, as in your post the other day when you thought it might be a 3150, you go to AGCOpubs and check with them to see if the wiring diagram is in the Operator's Manual (less than $20 for printed or download). The packet service manual (packet means you get the pages and put them in your own binder to save their assembly charge) is less than $45 if that is where that wiring diagram is. This site and others as well as eBay and Amazon sell manuals. Having the proper manuals can save much more than the up front cost and could benefit your friend in the future.

There is a Massey Ferguson 135 Operator's manual on line that has wiring diagrams that might work for you, at least for the basics, but the proper manual/diagram would be best.

Thank you for your directions. I was able to follow everything but when I get to the end, the book will not open. I can see the choices between utility and turf but I cannot get any further. I don't even get to choose diesel. I will try again.

OOPS

I switched to another browser and BINGO, I got to see the book and appropriate pages for a diesel 3165. However, the diagram given does not show how the ignition switch is wired!! Almost all wiring diagrams are a schematic that shows all of the connections, but this book only shows the ignition switch alone, not wired to anything. My neighbour's tractor has a rats nest of wires that need to be sorted out as well as an ignition switch that has no wires on it. He's been starting it with a screw driver shorting out the solenoid.
So bottom line, thanks for the info but it looks like trial and error in hooking up a new ignition switch is going to be my strategy.
