Steel wheel cleats

Friend has A Rumley tractor that they would like to put rubber cleats on the rear wheels. Are there any suppliers around that produce them.Any help would be appreciated...
 
Any of the ones that I have seen looked somewhat homemade out of old tires. Could probably just make your own.
Don't dis-card the metal ones. Next owner of tractor is gonna want to have those.
 
I have seen lots of them where they cut the sidewalls out of old rear tires and bolt the treads onto the steel rims.
