Passing on the wrong side?

My wife and I were driving in NW Indiana on a 2 lane, and came up
behind a spray rig like this, probably taller though. Anyway I am
driving slow behind him, maybe 30, and a little car behind me passes
us, and cuts in front of me, right behind the spray rig. He then
drives right underneath the rig and takes off and out of sight. My
wife and I could not believe it, but it happened. Mark.

Transmission fluid is typically red, so it may be that.
