Leaking injector pump

MF 180 Perkins diesel. With a CAV injection pump. Appears to be leaking around the throttle fitting where it enters the top of pump. I have taken control rod off, and don't see any obvious seals that could be replaced. Where do I go on this?

Should be a couple of o-ring seals on both the shutoff lever and the throttle lever

Pump cover needs removed as the throttle and stop shafts go DOWN, out of cover inside to replace the O rings. When top cover leaks start, it's wise to replace all pump seals as other leaks usually show up soon after if only the top cover is re-sealed. I've been seeing more head O ring, transfer cover, and main drive seal leaks lately along with top cover leaks on pumps in for repair.

How do I even get top cover off?
Looks like no external bolts to hold it down

It's held by the two acorn nuts just off center on the cover.
