Update on Skid steer inj pump

Thanks to Dieseltech on this forum the old Lx565 skidsteer is up and running. Richard if you are ever in southwest Wisconsin in your travels and need a helping hand let me know and I will do anything I can. Again THANK YOU It turned out to be stuck fuel rack in pump.
 
Removed injection pump and used atf and acetone mixture to free the rack up. Put it back on machine and it fired up and ran after 15 seconds of cranking over. Ran it about an hour today and seemed to run good. Real happy
 
Don't ya just love it when they do not support the product for more then ten years . we are being held hostage to the companys over parts support and repairs . Ya can't fix your own car with out spending a couple grand on and up to date scan tool . I am sure that with a little time and a few bucks you can bypass and do away with the monitor. You would need and oil pressure gauge , a water temp, a volt gauge , fuel gauge and a hour meter . Ya can get by with out the tach. And they do make neat small gauges . Summit racing could be your friend as they have a vast amount of gauges .
 
I dont know what people have against round gages... reliability..... ease of service.... who started this revolution anyway?
