Now that is a great combination,
Beautiful L Case with tracks.

Oh be still my heart.

I assume from the size of sprocket and
idler that this is a Roadless brand
conversion and not a trackson?

From the picture I have of an early Case demonstration by Wrights of Dereham, I would agree it is a Roadless version. This one has open spokes on the front idler. At the time Roadless were converting tractors to launch and retrieve life boats around the British coastline.

It looks like linkage coming back from the original steering gear. Then shafts, and more levers. So I don't know if that was steering, braking, or both. Or if the original differential was removed, or left in place.

I would like to know more about the motorhome conversion in the background. Cub Cadet makes a zero turn mower with a steering wheel instead of levers, looks like a new take on an old idea.

On the Cub Cadet zero turns the steering wheel has nothing to do with the rear drive wheels. Rather the front wheels are designed such that the steering wheel will turn them almost all the way around. They do work great though. I have one.
