Some insight in N. MN

I drove through 60% of northern MN yesterday. (not on the interstate) I saw irrigated corn at full development and bounty next to 3 foot corn with no ears (not picked sweet corn). I saw Soy Beans being harvested that were full size and leaving 6 inch stubble, and 5 miles away brown soybeans being harvested that were 10 inches tall. Other bare bean fields were just dead 6 inch stalks, no pods. Total might yield 40% of an average yield. Jim

It varies a lot everywhere,i got friend that farm near Fisher Minnesota, third Generation farm, it's the first year this generation can remember the wheat didn't make 80 plus bu per acre, and i guess the beets arn't good either!

Probably. Drove from 2 harbors through Duluth, then Cloquet 210 to 25 then 25 south to Nature road then west through Royalton across the Mississippi, then south on the great river Highway to St cloud. Jim

I hear its rough even just 50 miles north of me, and on up through.

Bad deal.

Paul

If you were in St. Cloud you were an hour from me and could have taken the power route back right past my house. I'm only a few miles off Mn 23 east of Mora.
