Rain Again

I know lots of you folks would just love a good rain but, I am gut sick of the stuff. Rained hard off and on last Tuesday, and pouring again today. Supposed to continue raining all night. Last year was 6 weeks without rain from June first till mid July. This year we cant get 6 days in a row without out rain. Ground is saturated, but at least I dont have standing water anywhere like some farm land around me.

I understand that too much is Just bad as not enough but look on the bright side you can drink water and grow rice you cant do anything with 6 inches of dust

I remember complaining about the problems of too much rain and flooded fields back in the teens. Lost a lot of land but its gradually coming back now in the drought. My brother has been cutting down bulrushes (catails) almost as high as the tractor cab reclaiming land this second summer of drought.
