Sorry for the crummy picture

OK thanks, I called them today looking for a used wobble box for my new Holland 489 hay bine, Im not quite sure what the time differences from New York to where you are or them is, But I havent heard back yet. I ordered one from all state ag parts three weeks ago I never got one finally called them again today they said they dont have any used ones they want to sell me a reman for $ 4500 bucks,

I have both purchased from Walt's on line and have been there, good people. Mexico is also hone to R.D. Graff , now Graff and sons I think? More good people if your into shooting and hunting.

Thanks Rich, I couldve figured it out but didnt put any effort into it, lol, Just trying to find a wobble box for my mower, dont seem like theres any used ones around across the US, Surprised China is not making clones of them!!! But on the other hand weve had 5 inches of rain in the last 2 1/2 weeks.
So we cant cut hay anyway.

Yes, i have that's where that farmer, took his Soybeans out of the elevator[commercial storage] when the company went broke and wouldn't pay him for his beans, the Feds said you cant do that, well he did,but i think he did get his money for them, even though he spent about 120 days in Jail !! Correct me if i am wrong !

Are you thinking of Wayne Cryts from New Madrid, Mo.? He and his buddies took his 31,000 bu. of beans out of a bankrupt elevator in Ristine, M0. while the feds were watching--I can't believe I remembered his name!---Tee

What model hay bine is it out of? I think you can send me an email if you click on it or I can try to open my email,

> Why would taking your own grain be illegal

Because, in the opinion of the bankruptcy court, any grain stored in a elevator owned by the bankrupt company is an asset of that company, and the farmers who stored their grain in the elevator are creditors to the elevator company. You aren't allowed to remove your grain from the elevator any more than you can withdraw your deposits from a failed bank. Something to think about before you leave anything of value with a shaky business.

As you posted 'the Feds said you cant do that' While I'm not a bankruptcy attorney (semi retired now) I do know if a bankruptcy court or judge rules or the trustee is in his duly appointed capacity protecting and preserving assets, you or I or the farmer in question wouldnt be permitted to remove them without a court order. Hey don't blame me, I may have tried the same thing lol and I don't blame the farmer, Im ONLY saying what I recall from studying bankruptcy law. NO WARRANTY consult professional trained legal experts is my advice versus ONLY something posted here by a lay or professional.......

The haybine I use is NH 469. I believe the wobble box came from the same model machine. My phone is 6088739854 if you want to call or text me.

Might want to look for a used machine. They are a lot of fun to change. Usually the gearbox is damaged when the reel drive chain breaks and snaps the gear off the end. Advice to all running a NH 489 check that chain and run the late model tightener (the nylon block).

You are one hour ahead of us. Mexico, Mo. is on Central, daylight savings time. It is 8:30 her now, you should be 9:30am. I am though Mexico a good bit, not familiar with Walts.
