My all time favorite was when Jake was laying in a hospital bed under an oxygen tent with his tongue hanging out and a fellow in a suit kneeling beside the bed praying.

One nurse told another, Nah, that ain't his preacher praying, it's his banker.

He was a cowboy and knew the lifestyle. One of my favorites was the three cowboys in the pickup. They pull up to a gate and the driver says to the cowboy on the passenger side as he points to the guy in the middle Hes worked on this ranch for forty years and the only thing hes ever learned is sit in the middle so you dont have to open the gate
