Looks like a Kawasaki Mule to me. Someone put lawn mower tractor tires on it, probably because they were cheaper than ATV tires.

Not a fun vehicle for someone with long legs.
 
It is mule 610 -- I have one just like it but its red -- one of the guys mentioned that it has the wrong tires and He is correct -- but it will work just the same just might be a bit slower -- Roy
 
Look's exactly like my 3010 mule. I'm 6'2 and I find it comfortable,handy and beat's walking and toting any day.
 
You must be a skinny short legged 6'2". Every Mule I've tried to sit in, my knees hit the dash, the steering wheel is in my gut, and the side bolster is jabbing me in the kidney.
 
My in laws have an old mule and love it. He built a wooden roof and plexiglass windshield for it and high sides for the dump. Can get almost 1/2 a cord of wood

I call mine a 4010 MULE.
 

Regardless of brand, they are generically referred to as "side by sides" up here. Our DMV refuses to recognize them- YET!- so they fall into a grey area legally.
 
Cushman made vehicles like that in the 60's or 70's. They had a 3 speed shift on the steering column just like cars did and also a two speed auxillery lever on the side by your left hip. Some had hydraulic dumps, some only manual. Golf courses used them a lot. I had an old one for years before I bought my golfcart.
