Oh man whats wrong with you ?? I just live Sauerkraut, cold or fried hot , makes my mouth water just typing this. Boiled cabbage, cabbage salad also good food

I am with Bruce. Kraut is good with most any sausage type meat. My brother makes homemade kraut 3 gallons at a time and freezes it in bags. Sauerkraut and bear or pork hocks with mashed potatoes topped with lots of butter--doesn't get any better IMHO, Gary.

Oh my just thinking about Huluski yumm Bacon chopped chunk smoked sausage Cabbage and kraut fried in bacon grease mixed with egg noodles.

Been ages sinse i grated the cabbage for kraut then eat the heart. Pigs feet and sourkraut the best
