Hello everyone, I just acquired a Lo Boy 154. I'm looking to see what kind of snowblower bolts on to one. Any ideas? Also, I'm in the market for a snowblade if anyone around central Nebraska has one they'd like to sell.

I have a blade for one, but I'm not close to Nebraska.
International made a special snowblower for them. It is very front heavy and from what I've heard didn't do that well generally, but especially didn't do well in heavy, wet snow. If your machine does not have the optional low range transmission for running a snowblower you might be running at too fast of a ground speed for one most of the time.
It would be a job to mount another brand of one, but one could probably be made to work. I think you would run out of power pretty fast.

I have a 154, and wanted a blower when I first got it. But, after realizing how little power they have, figured that was a mistake. So I put a loader on instead, which I enjoy. Here's a picture with the grapple on it, the bucket is 58. I've since acquired a larger cab tractor with a blower, so the 154 is now fair weather tractor just for puttering around with yard projects. If you are set on a blower, you might consider the type that go on a UTV with their own power unit and support wheel system. Google Massimo ZLST13150 Universal 60 in.420cc UTV Snow Blower to get an idea what they look like.
