Hello, posted a while ago, finally got to checking some suggestions from earlier post.

I opened the top breather cap on governor and watched the shaft ( you can see in the video ), its moving at a steady throttle position.

If I hold it steady with my fingers, engine evens out.

What is next step?

Choking hurt or help?? If it helps it is running lean it or hurts to rich or a weak spring in the linkage area

Choke helped, so I adjusted idle air screw and issue seemed to clear up. Concern is the idle air screw is all the way in.

Thoughts?
