Need help with identification or Wisconsin motor

Here is a picture of the plate that is on
the motor. Any and all help will be
highly appreciated. This is on a Gibson
model d tractor. My son is going to
restore this tractor for an Ag shop
project. He is only 12yo and in junior
FFA.

It is a AGH. donot know what is unique about it or may be standard configuration.

It is an AGH model IIRC about 6 to 7 hp. Solid and basically unbreakable. If it spins it will likely run. There is tons of info, and videos on it. Jim

8.4 HP @ 2200 RPM's.

Built 1941 - 1957.

I rebuilt the one on my Gibson several years ago. New parts are available if you spend enough time on the internet searching. I found an oversized piston and rings and had the block bored. I also was able to locate all required gaskets. Good luck!

I do not think there are differences. The serial number might (kinda) indicate the year, if you can find a listing of the serial year relationship. Jim
