I have a surprising number of friends that have had
hip and knee replacements. None for me so far,
must be my sedentary life style that is preserving
me, or maybe its drinking milk and eating cheese.

a knee replacent in my future. My dad is
going in for his second one next week. He
had his other knee done 20 years ago. He
is 73yo.

Well I said it before and will say it again. Before you do any replacements, go to an Orthopedic Surgeon who does joint
injections....if he is as good as mine was some 25 years ago, no problems since, 15 minutes in his office and the crutches you came
in on...using, will be waving up in the air on your way out...lobby occupants thinking you are nuts...but you aren't nuts you are
rejoicing dear hearts.
